The Book cannot be purchased in any book store, however, we can set up certain locations by renting spaces to sell the Book via announcement down the line. To buy the book with the gift card incentive, such a purchase must be made via this website. One book per person, no party can buy bulk. Due to the Gift Card incentive, a family member can for their whole family as in one book per family member. No other person can buy for a friend, relative, etc. If any party wants to be generous, then give such a party the money to do so on their own.
